Mother's Day 2010

I enjoyed cooking and dinner at home for Mother's Day rather than going out.

Mushroom Spaghetti with cheese & white wine sauce

Spanish Seafood Paella

Lamb Rack with herbs, good match with mustard

Pig Knuckle which had been baked for 3 hours with honey mustard sauce
