Chocolate Lover......#2

I spent a night to teach my brother how to make a dense chocolate cake.

Mixing the Chocolate & butter together. Then melts it.

Stirred well with egg yolk and sugar. Then gentlely mixed with stiff egg white and flour.
After baked for about an hour. Cool down inside the cake mold.
Nice shape :)
My brother have added too much sugar powder :P
